Personal Attributes:

Essential skills required:

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
• Qualified to ISEB Foundation Level
• Experience of technically leading the test effort (not necessarily in a team) on an integrated set of components
• Experience of testing complex web based business tool applications
• Experience of creating test plans

Job Spec - Trainer

Personal Attributes:

• Highly self-motivated
• A fast learner and a successful problem solver
• Flexibility in terms of working location required

Essential skills required:

• Experience of creating and delivering training packages to end-users
• Experience of training end-users in complex web based business tool applications
• Experience of delivering ‘train the trainer’ packages

Job Spec - Helpdesk (1st and 2nd line support)

• Friendly and efficient telephone manner with a clear telephone voice

Essential skills required:

• Experience of taking calls from end users of complex applications and guiding them through best practice operations
• Experience of narrowing problems to their root cause before passing to 3rd line support
