I'm having a bad body day.
And I hate, hate, hate, HATE this.
What do I need? Maybe I'll starty Weight Watchers. I worko out a lot and enjoy it, but my eating leaves something to be desired, even though I've made so many changes. The calorie thing isn't working. Maybe I'm just a screw up.
