Thankfully, there's not a damn thing on TV tonight, so I've got a strip of time to play with this journal thingy. First of all, how can I make the font larger and/or bolder so that I can read it more easily

Anyone know why my journal entry is listed under Mis-ty's name? I still can't find my profile page.

Well, I found out why Mis-ty was at the top of my journal page, I put it there while making my profile, but didn't realize it was going to show up like that. I'm starting to get the idea here, another couple of weeks and I'll be able to find things.

Say, how do I know if anyone else posts a comment, either on your journal or on mine?

You ARE getting it!
Your post is there and also your comments! You will know when someone has commented to you because LJ will email it to you! If they don't, I can show you where to check to get them emailed to you!

Ok, BEFORE you start to type your post-----look for the link for "rich text mode" under the "event" box on a post page. Select a better text and size for you. I say do that BEFORE you start typing because I have tried to do it AFTER and it wiped out my entire post.

Next, pics have to be a certain size------especially your personal image pic. Send it to me-----I will reduce it for you and send it back so that you can add it.

Finally, your profile is under "user info." On your log-in page for mama_thang where you have many choices-----look to the left for "user info" your profile is there-------I have read it! ;-)

Have fun-----and send me the pic to downsize!

Bust of a message

Now I'm really pissed. I just spent 30 minutes trying to recreate the 20 minute message I typed last night that got lost, and NOW THIS ONE GOT LOST TOO.
I should have copied it and put it into an email as well.
All I did was click spell check and I got a bunch of junk garbley gook, so I clicked update journal again and it was all gone.

Anyway, I'll try again tomorrow, I'm too tired now to mess with it.

I will try to email you a picture, not necessarily one to be used, but one to practice on. See if you can reduce it and send it back to me then I'll try again to post it.
