So today, one week to the day, I went back to Forest Lawn, this time the right one, in Glendale. One of the primary attractions here, one that I remembered vaguely, and one that, at least from the exterior, is pretty ubiquitous on the Glendale skyline, is a giant beige box with a big, light-up cross on it, all the way at the top of a hill.
