I'm so glad the right person was there :) Nobody was there to see my ex-husband fall - Ben heard him thrashing around some time later and went to investigate - so clot-busters could not be administered, and the stroke proved to be very damaging. It's all worked out OK, but his speech and gait are badly impaired :(
