I had some ice cream tonight too! It's Haagen-Dazs amaretto almond crunch all natural ice cream. The empty pint container is right next to me. I thought it had a slightly odd under-taste...after a few bites my brain identified it as "play doh" and I couldn't eat any more! The girls had no problem scarfing it down.

Sooo...can you put a "cut" in comments? Because if you want Haagen-Dasz all natural ice cream to remain on your "yes, I'll eat that!" list, there ought to be one here...

Guess what else the tiny print on the back of the label says??? "Distributed by Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Inc."

Waaaah!

Oh well. It tasted like play-doh anyway.

Isn't that Nestle business from, like, 30 years ago? I remember boycotting them back in the day, but isn't it long over by now?

Just curious... Do you also boycott Odwalla because children died drinking their unpasteurized apple juice?

Did Odwalla deny wrongdoing and continue their sales? Or did they adopt flash pasteurization and no longer have problems with contamination
