sadness...and joy

My little Sith Lord started school on Thursday, Aug. 24 at 9:30am. I held it together quite well on the ride there, during the walk into the building and even managed to talk to his teachers with calm composure. However, when one of the aids reached down and took his little hand and started to lead him away down the hall to his class...I broke.

In December Joe and I are scheduled to have our argument about kindergarden. I want Joey to go to Blessed Sacrement, and Joe wants Joey to go to public school. We know we disagree, but don't want to talk about it until we have to. Should be exciting. If I should win, Joey will be going to school (KINDERGARDEN!) next fall. You're not that insane...well maybe, but if so, so am I. It already breaks my heart to think he'll be going to school. Even though he's in day care/preschool. It's different. I feel for you honey.

Aw! I understand what you are going through. But after a year and a half of preK, I rejoice sending mine to his last year before kindergarten.
