Please visit the exciting new POI discussion website that blacktop50, my wonderful, patient, techie husband, and I just created.  It is called www.personofinterestdiscussion.com and I am really excited about it.  We wanted to create a complimentary discussion forum where people can discuss all the intricate ins and outs of our favorite TV show.

The site worked just fine when I 'joined up' earlier tonight! It looks like a lot of fun and I really appreciate all of your efforts to get it launched! (It reminds me of the NCIS Special Ops site, which is a compliment, because I always thought it was a very well-organized and run forum. ) I look forward to joining the discussions over there as well as the ones going on over on the pofinterest_fic site.

Hi! So glad to hear that you like it! Blacktop and I really thought it would be a nice, complimentary site to the LJ comm and to Tumblr and Facebook. It is just a totally different format from any of those. It was actually Blacktop's idea to format it after a House discussion forum, which she follows. It sounds like the NCIS discussion forum that you follow.

I am just hoping that the web based "platform" we chose to run the site on will function for us as we want. It is not the "standard" discussion format because I thought those seemed a little cold and not very user friendly. I like the look and feel of this one and I think it looks nice. Just keeping my fingers crossed that it will do what we want it to and not be too "amateurish" looking for more technically savvy people than me!
