Introducing cream cheese?

Hey any mama's out there...
Grace is turning one next week (!!!)  I plan on making her a no sugar pumpkin cake with a no sugar cream cheese frosting (although I haven't found a recipe for that yet... anyone have one?) and I want to introduce the cream cheese ahead of time to be sure she's not allergic.  Any idea's for introducing it to her?

Sorry, I don't have any recipes for you. Are you a member of the natural families community? I'm sure they'd have some! Is Grace a big eater? I waffled on what kind of cake to make and decided not to go out of my way with the healthy ... it was the right choice because Rosemary showed almost no interest in the cake. She played around with it and made a mess, but almost none of it went in her mouth.

I can't believe she is turning one!! Holy cow!
