Y'know, I have recently come to the realization that I'm not a fat kid anymore. I guess in my mind I always have been, at least ever since the doctors started telling me my weight was a Problem. As long as I've known you (which has been nearly 3 years, longer than I thought) the words "chubby," "fat," or "pudgy" have NEVER been in my mental vocabulary to describe you. The words that are better suited are "kind" and "intelligent."

Our society is so DUMB with issues of weight and exercise. We're encouraged to be under weight...and then normally healthy, and then we're told a few extra pound don't matter. It's so stupid. And destructive.

Gyms do seem rather useless. Especially when you think of all the watts of power that people are generating by, say, running on that treadmill. If we actually harnessed all the energy released by people in gyms we could probably at least power the gyms themselves... or some lights. But we don't. An engineer-friend of mine thought this up, and now every time I do excercize without a specific purpose, I think about it that way.

Hehehehe. I like laziness as a vicious predator.

I was thinking about that the other day...and I was in the best shape I've ever been when I was in karate too, and that was a good feeling!!
Thought I'd throw that out there as a random comment from someone who moved away like 6 years ago :).
