Sure! And it's fine if you don't blog about them, I don't tend to blog what I'm interested in, either. :3 Or if I do, it's fangirlish squeeing... added you back!
Hey do you mind if I friend you? It's not listed in my interests but I LOVE disney (um who doesn't though? Lol). But I love to write and read and I try not to tell people how much I hate Twilight because it leads to me ranting non stop for half an hour. I think we'd get along haha. Also I'm Australian, but if I was American I would totally be a Democrat. ;)
Though, I'll be the first to admit, I read Twilight. Not the best piece of fiction ever, but it could be worse. There are actually some redeemable bits. :p
Go right ahead! :) Nice to meet you! Nice Bellatrix icon.
Yeeeah Disney's pretty much my life at the moment. I haven't fangirled over Final Fantasy since... hm. Since FFXII actually. Haven't been able to play XIII yet and from the reviews I kinda don't want to. :/
My main problem with Twilight is all the problems it presents to me as a feminist. Don't get me wrong, I read all three books and parts of the fourth; I fell into that same hole of loving it but not being sure why I love it. For now I basically ignore that it exists past rereading other people's recaps of it. XD
And yeah, when I say FF, I mostly refer to FFX (not really X2, though...), which is my absolute favoriiite, and also the various titles of the VII Compiliation--never played any myself, but I'm so nerdy that I can wiki them to death and still be happy.
And actually, the whole reason I read Twilight is because I read the feminist arguments against it first, and was intrigued: and they all pretty much nailed it on the head. But for some reason, despite everything that’s wrong with it and all the faults I see in the craft and message, I vaguely enjoyed it. Dunno why.

But that doesn’t stop me from snarking on it. :p
