Well I gave the presentation tonight and nailed it! It was assumed that we wouldn't get approval for the building purchase and restoration but we turned it around and it's going to happen. Hehehehe! Thanks! But down here it's more like uppity outsider / newcomer gets out of line and thinks he can change things where it's not needed. Not quite that drastic but you know what I men....it's often that I m up against a lot. I treasure the victories when they happen though.
