I toured the new house today with the inspector and it passed with flying colors more or less (and while he was a nice guy he came very close to witnessing me.......with do you go to church question. I responded making it known that I'm a Catholic and it effectively shut that part of the conversation down hehehehe! It's usually the deal killer here ( Read more... )

i am so proud of you! the house looks beautiful and i will definitely have to get down there sometime in the next year to see it all. also, the minimal upgrades and repairs that are needed are not bad at all! especially in a 100+ year old house in a warm, semi-tropical climate. you are VERY lucky..
bth- i hope that you are having a FANTASTIC weekend down in Mexico.. many hugs my friend and congratulations.. :-)
