I am not bothered by advertising. It's everywhere and part of contemporary life. In fact, advertising has been bombarding commercial societies since the dawn of civilisation. It may be more pervasive, now, but it's not new. I can deal with banner ads and marginal ads. I can even deal with insipid sponsored "Writer's Block" questions (does

I find it so irritating that I can't remember anything that's advertised. So what's the point if the viewer just deletes it immediately? How to make enemies for your product. If I were still in marketing, I would really advise against this form of advertising.

They also make the delete X really subtle so at first you have to search for it.
