Yesterday was my birthday. Colin did the coolest thing for it...it was so thoughtful and perfect. Then we drove around in the rain and watched the Bruins win. So it was a good time.

I have bangs. I don't know if I wrote that before, but let me just make sure it gets a place in my personal history log here. Bangs. A footnote.

Yeah....the last time I got my hair cut I ended up with bangs. They were actually really cute. For about a month. Then they grew out and now they look a bit mad so I've been leaving my hair curly (thus madness is obscured by absoltue insanity). Glad you had a good birthday :) I was thinking that next year I could actually come home for your b-day since I won't have horrible soul crushing classes.

You didn't tell me about the bangs! Is this like the time we both bought pink shirts, but I had to admit it first?

It would be great if you could come up for my birthday next year (it is conveniently times around the long weekend, which I did on purpose to accomodate out-of-town best friends). Are you coming up for Thanksgiving? I hope so, and as an added enticement, I will be making Canyon Ranch pecan-crusted pumpkin pie. I think. Let me know!
