C'est spécial de retrouver son café filtre après 10 jours à se faire servir des expressos (parce que ces connards s'entêtent avec un X, et à travers la France hein).

I wouldn't know. I like weak milky coffee cos the strong stuff drives me up the wall. So I wouldn't touch the espresso anyway although it probably tastes good.
It's just that there's no X in espresso. That's the FTL part LOL. I've seen other people who take their coffee seriously be bothered by this and I thought that's what you meant, mostly because I didn't think you hadn't appreciated the coffee itself.
But then I guess that in French it's not pronounced X anyway.
But this is all beside the point :) Nice pics, looking forward to the follow-up :)

In fact, that IS what I meant. So we did a double-double-entendre.

And espressos contain less caffeine, being baked longer destroys it, but leaving a more rich flavour.

La brûlerie au bout de Wellington m'avait donné quelque chose de bien quand j'y ai été. Ça peut dépendre du préposé par contre...

Autrement, je buvais la plupart des miens à la maison.
