dude, verizon sucks. i gave up on them after they sent a guy out- for the second time- to install my internet... the first time, the guy claimed it was raining (it wasn't) so he couldn't do the work. the second time, the guy showed up over two hours late (they told me he'd be there between 11 and 3, he showed at 5:30) and then told me he couldn't do the installation because it was too late in the day. after calling them three times (each time i was on hold for over 30 minutes, and had to hang up so i could go back to work) i was finally able to cancel my service. called the cable company and they were there the NEXT DAY, on a saturday, no less. screw verizon.
