I finally have a hobby

One with which I am obsessed. I know this sounds weird, but I have been looking for a real and true hobby all of my life.

liking epicurious.com? I always cook too much too. You can freeze a lot of things. Get the freezer bags that are double and flatten out whatever you make in the bag so it defrosts quickly. works for soup, sauces, meat, almost anything.

I don't think they are a pain to eat because I get the jarred marinated quartered ones. Maybe not the freshest ones but I used it in a homemade pizza sauce with roasted red peppers and chicken and fettucine, so there was so much other stuff in there that I don't think it really mattered. I also used jarred ones for a spinach and artichoke calzone that was excellent as well.
