I think the new black mutt is Karin's boyfriend. He's been sniffing around her on our morning walks. Good thing she's spayed.

And the little Pekingese puppy belongs to the couple two houses down. I've been watching her while the lady does her shopping. She howls and destroys their house when they leave her alone.

The Peke doesn't eat all that much. The others are curious about her. Scruff actually moved from his bed to sniff at her. He's getting old. :

If it sticks around it's getting neutered.

Scruff's growing old gracefully, but I think he's going his last road. He can hardly manage a walk now, let alone a run.

I almost want to take the cat in. I don't think it would be fair to her to come into a house that is a zoo like ours, especially if she's shy. I hope you can find a good home for her.

She's very shy. Very jumpy at loud noises. She's very healthy and they said they hadn't adopted her so I doubt she's been abused, so I think she must have just been somewhere very quiet.

It's tempting to take in the cat. I'm not sure how well she'd do though, what with a loud toddler running around.

The cat's already been corrupted by living with Mamushi. It would probably try to swallow Kenken.

I doubt she'd try to eat him. Besides if she did, at least we'd know that we wouldn't have to worry about KenKen terrorizing her.

Haha! That's true enough. He's so rough on his toys, he might hurt a pet by accident.
