 New job is really exciting. I feel like I finally caught a break. I get to make stuff with a bunch of industrial designers that love good beer, and a dog. This is only what I dreamed life in Portland would be like. How is this real life? I need to knock on so much wood right now

I'm so happy everything is so great for you! I kind of feel the same way re: New York. I want to move to Austin and live there for like, 5 years. I know I can always move back to New York. Being so far away from everything I've known and my family will be hard but yes. I agree with all you said. Congrats on the new job!

Thanks! Moving is hard if you don't have a job or friends to go to. I'd say move to Austin if you have either of those things to avoid a heart attack. I do miss bk a lot, I'll admit. Its reassuring to know I can go back whenever I like.
