So it strikes me that I haven't had a chance to update the world in general about my life, mainly coz I've been too bloody busy to log in to lj. Well, stuff has happened and the upshot of it is this:

• I own a two-floor maisonette now
• The previous point means we have a computer room that *will* be littered with dragon mirrors, weiord clocks, bar

My guess is it's a result of a Conservative party who have lost their direction, burrowing back to the things they're absolutely certain of to try and win the election. "We have no idea who or what we're supposed to stand for anymore, but by gum we're Conservative!"

True enough and a very good theory on the matter. I still like the image of 'Conservative' being something you have to warn people of like a rabid dog tho. XD

Gawd, is it me or would our voting system be a hell of a lot better if we could vote *for* something these days rather than just be forced into voting for the people we dislike the least?
