My friend was telling me how our other pal has to return the Tekken 6 she's renting, and she won't be able buy it because she's getting FFXIII. Which brought me to say that could be very bad, and he thought because I meant she wasn't getting Tekken. But I meant because she's getting XIII. As a series in general, Final Fantasy is just overhyped. Honestly, I can say that, even if I like three games from the series (and none of them are FF7. Imagine that.)

I will say this though; kinda want to check out XIII, maybe rent it.

I am only going to rent it because, well? I got some Super Street Fighter IV to go buy.

Seriously. it's sad how overhyped it is. I really love IX and IV will always be guilty pleasure (and I'm gonna start V and VI soon), but I sill get sick of how everyone praises it. The game could be made of shit and it'd be loved. (7 is my least favorite probably.)

I wanted to for so long. But I cannot get over how linear it is. I just can't. I don't want or need that from Final Fantasy of all series.

That too. There's just too many games coming out. I need some SMT and U.R.Mr.Gay2. And Monster Hunter Tri...

You'll enjoy VI, it's probably the 'darkest' out of all of them. And coincidentally, IX is my favorite 3D one. Maybe because it goes back to its roots in that one.

There's a reason why Skelter Helter was the first to die, lol... ;P

MONSTER HUNTER TRI! Jeez, I almost forgot, I gotta get that when it comes out too! I thought after Super IV I wouldn't have to worry about other games.

I think so too, and I'll take your word for it. And I agree about that. IX is my fav for so many reasons, but it does go back to the roots, which makes me wonder why people say it doesn't or dislike it so often. Like, what series have these people been playing...?

Hahahahah. Oh man. How I just wish we had a Travis to bring down our Cloud's.

Shame on you~. But I did the same thing. You count off like those first important games, and bam, it hits you and you realize fifty more games are coming out and you're definitely going to need one or two of them.

(I just remembered Sin and Punishment 2. And I'm trying to tell myself I don't need HG and SS.)
