Things I enjoyed:
- WON-WON
- Ron constantly wearing short-sleeved or sleeveless tops, I approve
- The scene in the cornfield when The Burrow is attacked, ooh scary
- The fact that it is actually a very well-made film, the special effects look great and fit in well with the rest of the film and there is some nice camera work
- Harry smelling his breath after the waitress chats him up, LOL
- Spinner's End! I was so excited to see this, despite Snape having venetian blinds in his house
- Jim Broadbent being a wonderful Slughorn
- Draco wearing a VERY nice suit when not in school robes, it makes him look really tall and ~~slender
- CORMAC OMG
- Dean wearing a pink cardigan
- The changes to the astronomy tower scene did actually work well - it was more effective to have Draco and Dumbledore standing alone
- Helena B-C is a brilliant Bellatrix, I love her!
- PS I FORGOT PHWOOOAR BLAISE ZABINI
As you can see, I enjoyed it a lot! I think overall it was a great film, and the only things that niggled me are minor things and not important to the plot.
Things I did not enjoy so much:
- Mrs Weasley not wanting the Weasley kids, Hermione and Harry to go to Hogwarts. I seriously wtf'ed at that - I mean, in Deathly Hallows she has a go at them for leaving Hogwarts! Molly knows that Hogwarts is pretty much the safest place in the Wizarding world, she is in the Order after all
- The whole burning of the Burrow - I honestly do not see why it had to be added in the first place, it makes no difference to the plot! The bit in the cornfield is properly scary and a nice piece of film-making but they could have done that without burning the Burrow. Oh and Remus having a little beard (wtf) and Tonks being all 'oh it's early in the cycle' - he's a werewolf, he's not ovulating! I was under the impression that Tonks and Remus would not be an item in this film, but as she called him sweetheart I am clearly wrong
- Snape not yelling back 'don't call me coward!' at Harry! I was waiting for him to say it for the next five minutes, grrr
- NO FUNERAL
