Weight Update

Okay, just weighed myself this morning and come up with a whopping 133.1 kgs. That's a hell of a lot.  Even so, I'm not going to make weight loss my first goal. Instead, my first goal is still the completion of the beginner level of the Gorilla Workout. I need to focus on one goal at a time so as not to get discouraged.

I'm glad! Personally, weight loss, besides all the hype, is important for health reasons only. You'd look good regardless.

While weight go up and down, the accomplishment for this Gorilla workout of yours will stay with you forever!

Well, you weigh less than me!

The weight loss, while everyone says isn't important, is part of the process. Some days it will make you feel good to see the scales going down, but other when it doesn't seem it is, will make you a little deflated... One thing I am learning, when i see I am acheving the other goals, as well as teh weight loss, I am actually doing amazng things for my health and i am getting stronger and fitter!

Oh, I got the gorrilla app! After you mentioned it, I thought i would have a look! So it looks like I will be doing it with you! Albeit a few days behind!

I am so proud of you Uncle Darren. Every time I have made weight loss a goal it has fizzled. The weight loss will come along as you complete your goals. Great job, love you so much.
