More Exercise

So, back at the gym, and I have to say it's been fun so far. Early days yet, but I intend to keep this up. Broken my workout into upper and lower body, each part don twice a week. I also do fat-burning aerobic exercise 6 times a week. Ultimately my goal is to lose fat and put on muscle. I know that I will have a problem with loose skin, so I'm not ( Read more... )
