Job Interview

Recently I started looking for a new Job. I felt that I wasn't happy working on the Defence project, despite assurances about the humanitarian relief nature of the project. My boss admitted that the humanitarian aspect was basically a front to get people into the project.

Blimey that's quick moving! Grats. :)

Must update my CV and get it off to MatchTech.

IMO the Uni has been slightly more than rude. We've still not been officially told by our boss that we're being let go, and no-one has told us specifically why. If we were permanent staff this would be grounds for unfair dismissal, but because we're on renewed contracts they can say "you knew you were only contracted till the end of the year, the projects ended now, bye bye". GRR. :(

Nice work on the job! Maybe if I leave my job next year I'll look at First Option. Going to try and wangle another (justified) pay rise in January though so I think I might stay for now :)
