Connect to MACHINE

When writing documentation, I'm curious what people do when they want to write a machine name. Do you use all lower case? All upper case? First letter capital? Camel-case?

1. mymachine69
2. MYMACHINE69
3. Mymachine69
4. MyMachine69

Also, am I the only one who ends every machine name with 69? LOL, JK, ZOMFG :)

I'm so not original with things like that. I usually go for the boring "Singular" kind of name. However, if I had to couple words together I would probably Camel-case them.
