Going on an adventure...

Three months ago, in a fit of oh-my-God-I-need-to-plan, I asked Joseph what type of birthday party he wanted.  No surprise, it was pirates.  I buried myself in a sea of craft blogs, Etsy shops and even drew a little redheaded pirate to grace the cover of his invite.  (I use the term "drew" loosely.)

It was so fun, easy and inexpensive! Seriously. We spent less than $75? Which may seem like a lot, but normally, between food, drinks, balloons, paper plates, napkins, silverware, table clothes...it really adds up. If I thought I could get away with it, I'd repeat it next year. lol
