I could cry with joy.

We celebrated with champagne at Johnny's Irish Pub.

Life is good.  To think a descendant of slaves would live to see a black man in the highest office in the country.

I'm with you... last night I was alternately in tears and yelling at my tv "I LOVE YOU OBAMA. I LOOOOVEEE YOOOOUUUU!". My husband thought I was a nutjob.

I am so. freaking. proud of our country right now. I canceled classes because I knew I couldn't contain my joy!
