I think it depends less on your voice and more on how you feel.

Or you could always leave the ball in their court. Call and say (or whisper), "Hi! I've got an interview tomorrow but have no voice. Would you like to move ahead anyway or try to reschedule?"

Strange turn of events... I actually woke up feeling a bit better the day of the "interview", but when I got there for what was supposed to be my interview, the manager said, "oh, I was going to call you, but we've been really busy. I'm going to go ahead and hire you. Can you show up tomorrow at 4:00 for orientation?" Of course I said yes. ;-) So, I'm working at Express again, and I didn't even have to have an interview! That's the second time in a year I've gotten a job without an interview. Apparently word gets around when you're good at something. ;-)
