Hi,

I took the survey, but I'm not sure if the results you get from it are going to be very meaningful. Most of the people that read your journal (and take the survey) are going to be way outside your target market. Just something to keep in mind.

I think the idea has some merit. What you might want to do is wander over to an old folks home, and talk to the people there. Chances are, they have someone that tells them when to take it, but you can probably get useful information from them in general. Also, have them fill out the survey and give their input.

Apologies if you've already considered/done that already..just trying to help ;p

I voted. And am lots closer to your demographic, I suspect. Old enough to be on daily meds, rich enough to buy jewelry. That said, I wouldn't purchase your product because I have a routine that works and I take my meds when I wake up. People in assisted living/nursing homes generally have their meds brought to them, they are often not permitted to keep them in their rooms so they would not be interested. My husband needs to take scads of meds at various times of day which he deals with by sorting them out every week into a box with 28 compartments - 4 a day for labelled for each day of the week. He can tell if he has missed a dose because the pills are still in the box. Also, he needs to take them based not strictly on time of day but in relation to his meals - some get taken with lunch or dinner, some need to be on an empty stomach- so a timer wouldn't help since he doesn't always eat at the same times.
