Mama has her surgery tomorrow. according to the doctor mom's hernia is at least the size of a baseball, and was putting pressure on her heart and lungs. Jason and I are taking off work tomorrow to be at the hospital. I'm sure everything will go all right, but i still worry. so, just send some good vibes and pray for her....thanks!

so, while I was on my break this morning i decided to go downstairs to the vending machine to get a bottle of water and some chips. as i turn the corner i see that the machines are standing open, and the vending guys are busy. so, today i got switched from sorting mail to doing "receptionist" work for the real estate part of the assessor's office. I guess the temp they had there sucked, and i was kickin' butt getting the mail sorted....so, they switched us. I GOT A JOB!!

I'm going to be working up at the Assessor's office opening mail. It's not much, but it's going to help A LOT. it's only until May,though...but they may have other openings by then. Plus, I'll be getting paid more than I ever made at the animal hospital. YAY!!
