It's about time.

Don't be ridiculous! [ The tone is sharp and quick. Henry you were dead, there is no apologizing. She simply drapes the blanket around him. ] That hardly matters right now.

Yea I hadn't thought about it before he said anything. The brain overload and searing eyeballs sort of took priority one. [ And he doesn't care if it's a childish gesture. He grabs for the blanket and tugs it up over his head to cover his face. Aaaaaaaaah. Relief. A hand comes back out to find and cover hers. ]

Audio for a very short while

Hank?! Hank! [And then there is the sound of Kate nearly falling out of her chair as it doesn't push back fast enough for her and she rushes through the Sanctuary.]

[ It's awhile later and maybe she's even already hightailed it to the chapel and found it empty. He doesn't know. He honestly doesn't even know what mode her feed is on as he won't look at the screen. It's been dimmed but it doesn't help much. ] Hey Kate. [ Yay her voice. ] Where are you? Don't go far. I'm in my room ...

... sorry. [ Oops. He was being transported D: It's hard to move and talk on the phone when everything is like THE SUN OH GOD BURNING. ]

That is a definite affirmative on the staying put. [ Ergh. He shifts under his blanket of protectiveness. Nope. Not leaving his room for awhile. His pounding head and burning eyeballs appreciate the break too much. ]

[His face scrunches up.] I don't think that's something anyone would want to seek when hiring another, unfortunate as that sounds.

You are telling me. [ ergh. headache incoming now. ] Thanks man. Good to be back ... minus the whole being blinded by the light. And it is so not comparable to that cheesy song.

well maybe if you told him what the problem was he'd switch to audio. maybe.

Nope. Normal levels of sun, I think we'd notice if we were all boiling to death or something. How bright we talking, here?

getting there, gawd

Pretty bright. My eyes feel like I've been staring at a wall of monitors on the highest brightness setting for a week straight. It's like ... extreme light sensitivity. Lower light isn't as bad but it's still headache worthy.
