First off, I have a very important question for all of you. Gardening shops. Where could I find one? And if I can't, any well stocked tea shop will do in a pinch.

....and if there's any of you lot that could do me the favor of catching a....

[....no. On second thought it's just such a ridiculously silly thing to ask, and after a hesitant pause ( Read more... )

I don't know of any gardening shops that are open, but there's an excellent tea shop in the Venetian District.

Pepper Potts. Would you like me to send you the address of the shop?

I really would appreciate that. I haven't quite taken the time to explore the city proper, sadly.

I'd always try the Business District... maybe even Old Town. Most of the shops end up in one of them.

[Oh hey, she remembers you. And the fact Desmond is actually being helpful right off the bat this time even earns him a small smile.] Well, I suppose the Business District would require a bit more exploration anyway. It's just so difficult to find a shop with what I need these days.

[ Well, finding out his ancestor does know and trust her--he's willing to hold out the unspoken olive branch. ] Yeah? Old Town has all the mom and pop stores like that... unless you're looking for Italian restaurants. [ ha ha, Ezio please don't punch him. ] You looking to make a garden in the middle of winter, Anathema?

It is perfectly possible to grow plants indoors. And really, if I have to stay in such a miserable looking flat, I'm going to at least try and give it a bit more color. [Among other things. Protection, a little feeling of home to lessen the homesickness. But her smile turns almost sheepish when she concedes:]

....and that aside, I'm really quite picky about what I use in my tea.

[And in her spells.]

[Oh, hey pretty lady~ Dean is half under a car, and he has the phone at his side as he works.] There's a pet store in the Business District, near the station. Kinda hard to miss once you're at the station.

[She really hopes all of your attention is on that car, bud, because any accidents now might suck just a little.] Thank you, I'll keep that in mind, mister....?

[Does most of his attention count?] Winchester. Dean Winchester. And you are? [Have a little, friendly smile.]

[....well, that has to be one of the strangest looking creatures she's ever seen. But after a cursory look over she's more than happy to go with it. And maybe looks a bit sheepish.]

Ah, a pigeon would be preferred. Though any sort of bird would do, really, hence why a pet shop may be easier.

[This particular robot will take it as a compliment!]

A pigeon, huh? [Rabbit huffs a cloud of warm steam from his mouth, considering the request.] G-g-guess I can give it a try. But what do'ya need a bird for? Ain't gonna d-do anythin' questionable t' it, right?

Damn, you found me out. I was planning to sacrifice it to my heathen gods on the next full moon, yes.

[Really, the fact she can say that with such a straight face? But after a moments pause she shakes her head and smiles.] I used to keep budgies, before all of....this happened. It's silly, but I rather miss the company. Birds are just the sweetest things.

[It's not entirely a lie, at least.]

What is it that you need from a gardening shop? I run a flower shop so I might have what you need!

Mostly herbs, really, and a few flowers. Jasmine, chrysanthemums.... I'm looking to restock on ingredients for my tea, you see.
