[ When the feed clicks on the sounds of a bustling station can be heard, the closest sound being that of slow, almost weary footsteps that eventually stop. Kaylee's found herself a bench to rest on for awhile. The past week and a half has been rough. Snatched up by people, driven underground somewhere, questioned, and when she still refused to

Always doin' good when I g-get t' hear from you, Miss Kaylee. W-w-what've ya been up t'?

But she's really at a loss for words now because how does she answer that one? ] Oh ... nothin' much. What 'bout you? [ SWITCHING SUBJECT TO HIM ATTEMPT #1 GO ]

Of course it is! How's a R-R-Rabbit t' function without a lil' smile and cheer from the prettiest mechanic he knows? Man-Duh-Lass just ain't as b-bright without ya!
[And yeah, that is a pretty unsatisfactory answer, but Rabbit has no reason to press. Privacy is important, the robot knows that, and he especially isn't going to get all up in her business if she doesn't want him there. Unless he knows there is real trouble, of course.] Just showin' my brother th' ropes really. Been doin' a few shows here an' there, a few in th' p-park, but now with this snow we can't do too much o' that, of course.

's a real tough question. I don't rightly know how a Rabbit's to function without that. [ And when she smiles again he can get a smile because awww. ] I'll make sure an' remember that one.
[ Good thing he can't see her. ] Keepin' him out of trouble are ya? [ Even though she'd totally peg Rabbit as being the trouble one over the Spine. ] So ya ain't gonna do shows for a long while?

[There's no reply over the phone. Nope. Once Clay hears Kaylee's voice, he's moving. Then he stops when she says she's cold. He snatches one of the heavy winter coats he's purchased for himself and is on the move again. He takes to the rooftops, and it's kind of a pain in the ass having to climb and keep hold of a spare jacket. But damn it, he tries. When Clay arrives at the station, he pants heavily as he scans the room. Searching for one of the few people in this fucked up city he'd die again for. And he finds her, sitting on a bench. he strides over, making sure the coat's unbuttoned and he drapes it over her shoulders.] Let's get you home, Kay.

Clay ... [ And that's all he's going to get out of her for the moment as she wraps her arms tightly around him. ]

Hey, you. [He says softly.]

Ya found me. Didn't even ask where I was sittin'. [ Her voice is a bit muffled but she's not moving just yet. Osmosis experiment isn't done. Though it will be when her arms end up frozen, being all exposed still. ]

[YOU CAN'T HEAR IT OF COURSE BUT HE'S EXCITED.]

Ain't a person in the 'Verse weren't born on a terraformed planet or moon. Or a ship headin' from one to the other.

[And here's ol' sourpuss, here to ruin the fun. There's some noise in the background, like he's flipping TV channels.] Snow in a city's just annoying. Clogs up the streets and makes it hard to walk anywhere.

[ Tonyyyyy :C Such a sourpuss. ] No it ain't. It gets all melted in the real busy, closed in areas.

Clay found me 'fore I even figured out he heard me talkin' over this. [ Even though she's really glad to hear her bro's voice she goes quiet for a bit before answering his other question. ] They took me Des. Snatched me right up.
