So, I'm a little lost. [Ashley shifts the phone to her other hand, giving it a baffled look. A lot lost, if she were honest, but she isn't about to admit that on an apparently public channel.]
I'm not supposed to be here. I have- [A war to start at the orders of Whitcomb and a rebirth to experience? That doesn't seem right, but it's the only

[ This is what Helen always secretly dreaded. With these worlds bringing people back from the dead, she was terrified of the idea that Ashley would one day come. Now, she has, and Helen isn't quite sure what she should do. She wants to run, find her daughter, hold her close and keep anything from happening to her. Except holding her so close is what made her feel as if she had to prove herself; what got her caught and what led to her death. [Oh, shit. It's Magnus' kid. The one she shot a rocket at. Well, this is awkward. Not just awkward, but...worrisome, too. If she's here, and clearly not a raging vampire lunatic working for the Cabal....
Helen won't need Kate anymore. She'll have her daughter back. That's all Kate was, right? A shitty replacement for the daughter she'd lost.]
What information have you gotten so far? Maybe I can give you some pointers.
