Sam wasn't that far behind. And thankfully, there had been a little street vendor with coffee near the park that he had grabbed two cups of, along with some creme and sugar packets, before making his way to the park. he looked around, realizing that he probably should have asked her what she was wearing before they decided to meet.

So he was pretty much looking like a tall, lost puppy on street corner with two cups of coffee.

If he'd asked what she was going to wear, he'd be in trouble. She had no idea what she was going to wear until ten minutes before she had to leave. But as she was standing, scanning the area, she saw a tall(!) guy holding two cups of coffee. Looking very lost. And almost like somebody kicked his puppy. Ruby crossed the street, starting towards him.

"Sam?" She hoped it was him, otherwise she'd look like a crazy person.

... wow. She looked amazing. He smiled, nodding a bit. "Yeah, that's me. I kinda stand out. Ruby, right?"

Oh god. The dimples. Ruby didn't think her poor heart could take it. How could someone so big be so adorable? She smiled in return, nodding. "Or Red," She reminded him.

"It's nice to meet you in person, finally."
