[ Kaylee could've used an extra minute or two as she goes tearing down the stairs yelling a loud "I GOT IT" as she tries to get on her coat. Her hair had been nicely brushed but now it's got a little bit of frizz back in it. She took a page out of Clay's book and went out just long enough one day to track down a nice thick, chocolate brown pea coat for herself. It looked fairly cute and seemed quite fancy to her (so fancy this was going to be the coat's first big outing since she bought it). It was all about dressing fancy today. It had been fun for her to put something together. The dress she wore had been a purchase awhile ago on a whim because she saw it in a window. Thick leggings and boots rounded it all out. The coat pockets held the few things she needed.

She didn't even take a breath before she opened the door, smiling widely as she buttoned her coat. ]

Heya Rabbit ... are those for me?

[And what a sight she was.

Rabbit froze for a moment on the doorstep, mismatched photoreceptors going wide for the briefest of seconds before he caught himself staring and immediately thrust the flowers forward.] Shore are! P-p-pretty things for'a real pretty lady!

[A soft hiss of steam rose from his vents into the cold air surrounding them, optics never once leaving her as he managed to twist his mouth into a usual smile.] Ya, uh, ya look r-r-reeeeal nice, Kaylee. So pr-preetty. ..Pretty.

Xie-xie! [ She accepted the flowers and gave them a sniff. Flowers! ] I really like the colors. [ But ... what to do with them now. She looked around. Anything that could hold flowers for her has flowers already. Damn her and her need to keep flowers around the villa for color and life (and general decorating, with a side of annoying the guys because siiiigh, girliness). ]

Should we just ... take 'em with us? [ It's that or she makes a mad dash for the kitchen real quick. ]

Shore! [Like he was about to deny her anything. I mean really.] Lemme carry 'em f-for ya. Hey, actually.... [And taking one of yellow flowers from the bunch, to match her dress, Rabbit inched a little closer hesitantly, making sure that he wasn't getting too into the beautiful mechanic's personal space, before slipping said flower behind her ear delicately. The breath in his bellows went still as he moved, hand barely trembling and very in control for once as the bright flower found its place, his fingers just barely brushing her hair before he was retreating, smiling at his careful handiwork.]
