I always feel so bad when I cut people. It's hard to not be all personal about it, but this is your life you are writing about. I completely understand where you are coming from.
After what I've been going through, I really can't expend any more energy on people who has NO interest in having any kind of connection. I have filters for reading. They are: People Communities Favorite Reads (which includes ALL my lj friends and just my current FAVORITE communities)
Even when life is sucking, I read. I may not comment, but I come online and read and wish I knew what to say but the effort is just too much and I just...can't speak to anyone, comment on any journals, or tell someone I really need them. I know you've gone through these feelings, too, and you understand.
I'm not bored with anyone or just wanting to cut people out at all. These weren't hard choices, sad to say. I added each person on my list because I felt a tug & wanted to explore that. Those that were cut, didn't feel the same way and it showed.
I know, hon. I couldn't cut you. I really feel a pesronal connection with you and even though we haven't talked much in awhile, that doesn't just go away. I hope you return soon, though, but take the time you need. Just be sure to come back!
uhm... i'm sorry i haven't been around, been busy with school and Daniel's sister bein' sick then we've both been sick too.. :( i'll try to comment more.. just sometimes don't know what to say.. :( *hugs*
Oh, hon, this wasn't about you or anyone else I kept. I know you're busy and know you are a LIFE *gasp* outside of LJ. I also know you don't know what to say when I'm sad. This wasn't about people not replying to my posts but to people just not caring to have a connection to me at all.
You're such a sweetheart...and even when you don't comment for awhile you call me and let me know you care. You're very caring and talking to you is always very entertaining...we NEVER run out of things to say, LOL. I'll never cut you off my flist!
*giggles* ok.. i just didn't want you to think i'd abandoned you... Philosophy is taking up a lot of my time and driving me insane. :) but i'm sure it'll be ok.. :)
*huggggs* i know health issues are a tough thing to deal with, as we've been back and forth to SoCal, (Daniel's sister has stage IV lymphoma type B) so we're dealing with that, and while she's doing better, she still isn't out of the woods yet. (she still has the tumor wrapped around her small intestine, the chemo seems to be shrinking it, the concern now is, that as it shrinks, it might tear a hole in her intestine)... she is 50ish..
anyway...i'm sorry, i didn't mean to .. change the topic... :(

Aww, I love your new pumpkin icon. I want one but can't make icons. I can't wait to make my Halloween post with my Evil Tray macro.
Are you going to spookyworld this year? I want to go so bad and I WILL go. It had better be good too. Last year we drove over 2 hours each way to a haunted house that SUCKED. I hope we find some good ones this year!
Oh, and of course I kept you...and your doggies, too! Uhh, I think I just channeled the NICE witch of the west there....
