so apparently dippin' dots has officially closed, and i'm out of a job...very unexpectedly. katie just called me and said if i had anything at the kiosk to come and get it, because tonight is our last night of being open. i should go up there and check things out before rehearsal. maybe i will in a bit. but it has something to do with the mall

sad indeed. i would have loved that job, but it was just perfect for you. not the work... but the way you could use the downtime to read. that's just awesome... but such a shame that you won't have that anymore.

that sucks. one of my friends is afraid of losing his mall job too because mediaplay/suncoast/sam goody filed bankruptcy. i blame it on the state of the onion. i meant to say onion.

yeah the suncoast in our mall closed a couple weeks ago, like all the suncoasts in the midwest. but i heard they were keeping all the others open? so maybe he'll be okay. our sam goody is still open...unfortunately...they way overcharge and don't even have that good of a supply of things.

Sam Goody was only handy with the Suncoast discount. Its all about Tower and Ameoba over here. All of our Sam Goody stores have closed, too. Supposedly the LA Suncoasts are safe, but Dave's store's lease is up soon.

At least you're not completley out of a job.
