Being a worker at the call center, which seems to pretend that it is a marketing firm, makes me wonder what a person's identity is. It is a weird place because the owner, this lady Judith, acts like she is this master of marketing, but her call center only gets jobs to do public works projects. So, we do surveys about airports, buses, and freeway
