Oh, the 'no truth at all' icon? That's from the DVD. It's a deleted scene that occurs while Elizabeth and Jack are stuck on the island. Elizabeth asks Jack if there were any truth to the stories about him she's heard and read about, and he shows her his scars and such, and says "No truth at all."

I'm sorry it took me so long to respond, LJ hasn't been sending me my comments for the past few weeks. >_<

Anyhow, the 'stories' Elizabeth mentioned aren't exactly set in stone... At the beginning of the movie, she (as a child) mentions she's intrigued by pirates, so I'm sure she grew up reading stories about infamous pirates and such. Plus, Mr. Gibbs knew Jack & maybe Elizabeth talked to Gibbs about Captain Sparrow.
