I can ship it to Canada for $35 and if you buy it, I'll throw in a lot of free gifts. I have lots of great jewelry that matches this dress.

Yes. I'm a size 20 and it fits me, it's just a little form-fitting. If you are a large size 20, you can wear a shaper beneath it, it will be a very va-va-voom sexy dress.
