Completely depressed at the moment. Trashy people, taxes, money, working, papers for class, statistic exam that I WILL fail, lack of food and exercise.......everything.
I need to get back on track before I really mess things up.
I just want to sit here and cry, but that isn't going to help me.
Moving on........

It is sometimes healthy to let yourself have a good "feel bad session". But as long as we recognise that we are using it as part of a healing process then on occasion it is good.
