...As He has died to make men holy
Let us die to make men free...
So, as i was watching President Reagan's funeral and heard this song that gives me chills, i stopped and thought for a second as this line passed ( Read more... )

No, according to our illustrious Pres, Mr. Bush, we are in Iraq because they have an abundance of WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction). Now, where those are, I have no idea. He doesn't have any idea. I don't think ANYone has any idea. WHY? Because they aren't there.

If we can find Saddaam Hussein in a spider-hole, we can most certainly find some biological or chemical weapons. Can't we? I should hope so.

So why can't we find these? BECAUSE THEY AREN'T THERE!!!! Oh wait, and since they aren't there, President Bush turned his campaign into one of liberation for the Iraqi people.

Way to cover your rear, Prez, but I, for one, haven't forgotten what the original idea was, and I think that the men and women dying in Iraq will drench your hands in their blood. The gentleman beheaded today was killed becuase you chose to cover your rear, instead of admitting your blunder, and coming on home.

I hope you sleep horribly this night, and every other until every American in Iraq, under your command, is safely home.

Fear of weapons of mass destrcution was not the only reason for this war. I list three presented in the media below. Also, let's not forget the polls showed the majority of Americans favored going to war.

US Issues with Iraq:
Says it has evidence Iraq has not given up the pursuit of weapons of mass destruction, as it is required to do under a 1991 U.N. Security Council resolution passed after the Gulf War.

Links Iraq to terrorism. Iraq is accused of providing a haven for Palestinian and Iranian groups described by the United States as terrorist. President Bush accuses Iraq of being linked to Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaida network.

Accuses Iraq of repressing its people in defiance of the Security Council. In a speech to the United Nations in September laying out his case against Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, Bush said the Iraqi “regime’s repression is all pervasive.”
