I have decided to try and be a better person and have come up with steps for myself or think of them as I go along. It's actually quite funny, because it's so hard to follow them sometimes and half the time I can't remember what they are. It's cheesy, but hey, it makes me feel better. 1) To me u already have patience
2) it is impossible to like everyone around you . . no matter what u do there is always at least one person that rubs u the wrong way . . and it's fine not to like them or get along with them

4) Now this I can't help you with . . I remember my mom used to have these tapes with different steps on how to improve your memory . . probably just a scam to make money . . shes still forgetful :)
