I got up this morning at 8:30am, put in my contacts, then worked out for twenty minutes. I did a bunch of stretching, a few sets of pilates, more stretching (my calves are painfully tight...), jogged in place for a bit, then did ten sets of stairs. It felt good to get my heart racing again! :D I miss that feeling
