I posted last night (for the first time since December) and LJ ate it. Frustrating. But I guess it's possible I hallucinated the whole thing, because I've been hopped up on goofballs since Sunday.

Saturday I woke up with a really sore arm. I had just started a new yoga DVD so I chalked it up to that. By the end of the day tho I had taken a fistfull ( Read more... )

UUUGGGHHH that sucks a lot! I totally sympathize with your tendinitis pain, and mine wasn't even bad enough to warrant the cortisone shot. I hope you are healed soon, but at least you have the good stuff until then.

Be able to look at my watch without having to use my right hand to turn my left wrist. And Jon had to put my bra on yesterday so I'm basically dead.

Holy shit that sounds bad! I hope the cortisone kicks in soon. Rick has had hit or miss success with cortisone for his back. When it works though, it rocks. Take care of yourself, girl! Ain't no shame in using your sick days. Even for mental health. Of course, if I am going to call in sick, I do prefer to be well.

How long does it take his to kick in? Tomorrow at 1 is 72 hours and still no relief. I went yo work today but it was brutal, and I'm pretty sure Jon wants a divorce!
