I just saw it this morning!

OMFG

To think, what with Starscream not being killed and leaving Earth...hmmmmmmmm

I read the prequel and movie novels; the movie was very, very close to the book, except that Bumblebee gets his voice back in the movie.

A prequel AND sequel movie are planned!

I'm going to go see it again! XD

I somehow missed that part. WTF! And I was right there! Did I zone out in geek overload or something? =( Hmm, now these novels were probably written based off the movie screenplay, so that's why they were probably close to it. Still...I'd kinda like to see what they're about. If they were somehow written like before the movie/outside Hollywood, then I might read them. I'd love to expand my knowledge on that universe some more. Was Megatron a jet in the book, too?

And I never really liked Bumblebee terribly much in the cartoon series, but OMFG! Favorite of this movie! I was disappointed Starscream got ONE whole line.

!!!

He's like my favorite of them all! So bad ass and uncaring. He's great! But Starscream and Megatron's dynamics were irreversibly stunted due to that transformation choice for Megatron. And, oh, the transforming noise! XD

Gotta end it with saying there were some AMAZING lines in there, and this:

<3 Optimus Prime.

You gotta sit through the credits!! At the very end he flies out of Earth's atmosphere in F-22 form.

You can get the novels at Borders/Barnes & Noble. The prequel is called "Ghosts of Yesterday" and the official novel should be around the same place at the prequel. By Alan Dean Foster.

Yup <3 Prime. I have always loved his voice. And I lost track of the transforming noise. Don't know. The DVD better come out fast!

Yeah...I was there for the credits. =/ The people I was with were all 'wtf where were you' when I said I don't remember that. Damnit! I really musta been spaced out. Or that was the 10 sec in which I turned around to speak back to them.

I like Alan Dean Foster's style. Hmm. Definately worth checking it out, I suppose. Thanks for the rec! =D
