We have decided to cut out on things we don't absolutely need to help with our money stress so the TV is now gone. Well the DISH subscription anyway. We don't watch it that much and the kids spend most of their TV time watching movies that we have on tape anyway so that will save $42.00 a month. For our satellite, we have found, it helps to pay it in full. (of course, you're self employeed, so taxes are different). We get a discount... for the year it was like $340. We pay it in Feb when we get our taxes back.

That's our plan if we turn it back on. We're just going to pay it for a year when we have a good job and then not worry about it.

Thats good and a plus is the kids will be outside playing more because it is so nice so that means less tv too. You may not even miss it. We actually done that too a month ago and we don't seem to miss it.
